The tide is starting to turn.  There are several positive factors involved.  To begin with, the effects of past hurricane seasons are starting to fade, and commercial property insurance is starting to be more available.  This reduces the cost of doing business in our area.  Also, investors in commercial real estate are getting positive returns through renters.  As a result, property owners are hiring contractors to make needed improvements.  These factors are helping steer our business community in a positive direction.
