Investors are still working hard to cash in on bargain prices. Some investors
are going into distressed areas and buying up boarded properties and turning
them into rentals. An easy way to spot investors these days is an ''all cash''
sales transaction. According to many sources, these investors are beneficial
to the real estate market and are buying these properties for solid positive
rental returns.
Add to that, when they purchase these properties, they usually hire
electricians, carpenters, roofers and other general trade personnel and are
adding to the economic, hopefully, upturn. It is not too late to enter this
market and participate in the purchase of these depreciated properties.
Whether you are interested in small or large ticket items, there are still
plenty of great bargains for the prudent buyer.
In the past some of the smaller investors have tried to stay 'close to home'
with their purchases, but with great deals in every marketplace people are not
afraid to buy properties in out of the way towns and hamlets. If history is
any indication as in the past, these bargains will soon ebb and we will return
to a more market adjusted prices. The word for now is keep looking for these
great bargains because they are still out there.
